Requirements for Occupational Therapist Position
We seek an experienced Occupational Therapist with a strong background in rehabilitation and wellness. A key requirement is a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate (OTD) in Occupational Therapy from a certified program.
The ideal candidate should possess or be eligible for state licensure in Minnesota and demonstrate a passion for patient care and commitment to excellence.
Key responsibilities include assessing and treating patients in a skilled nursing facility, developing and implementing innovative therapy programs, documenting patient progress, and collaborating with patients, families, and staff.
- Supervise and mentor COTAs in accordance with state regulations.
- Participate in the operation and success of the department.
