Revenue Cycle Manager
Drive financial success in outpatient therapy! Were looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee multi-state billing operations, accounts receivable, and financial reporting within our clinic division.
What Youll Do:
Manage clinic billing and ensure timely, accurate claims submission.
Oversee accounts receivable, minimizing outstanding balances.
Lead insurance denial resolution and appeals for proper reimbursement.
Prepare financial reports, analyze revenue trends, and oversee reconciliations.
Train and mentor the billing team to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with leadership, finance, and operational teams to align financial goals.
What You Bring:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Administration.
3-5 years in medical billing, A/R management, or healthcare financial ops.
Strong knowledge of Medicare (Part A & B) billing, claims processing, and denials management.
Experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and healthcare billing software (Raintree preferred).
Leadership skills with the ability to train and develop teams.
Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis.
