Job Summary : REHAU is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PEX-Lab Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of our products. This role requires a high level of accuracy, organization, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather samples from production lines and conduct required testing.
- Reclaim xylene from lab tests.
- Perform incoming inspections and testing on raw materials.
- Enter test results and calculations into the data management system.
- Issue detailed lab reports.
- Prepare and coordinate corrective actions and quarantine products.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
