Under the general supervision of the Customer Service Manager - North America, Aftermarket Parts an A ssociate Sales Coordinator serves as the liaison between the distributor and the factory and parts providers.
The primary responsibility of the Associate Sales Coordinator is to facilitate seamless communication and provide exceptional customer service. By efficiently managing part inquiry and order entry processes this role is crucial in contributing to the company's financial success.
Tasks for the Associate Sales Coordinator include maintaining direct contact with distributors, promptly updating them on order statuses, ensuring timely shipment of equipment, and upholding departmental policies and procedures. :
Responsibilities :
- Order management and research to support the Aftermarket Parts Department's customer base.
- Perform SAP transactions at a developing-user level.
- Backup other Sales Coordinators and support department overall objectives.
- Understands how to effectively use Rehlko resources such as research tools, warranty site, etc.
- Understands how Rehlko Power Resource Center and Rehlko Power Plus impact the distributor.
