The Internal Communications Manager will develop and execute a standardized internal communication plan and manage execution across Rehlko's global manufacturing facilities in partnership with the local site teams. The Internal Communications Manager will provide executive communication support to Rehlko's Chief Operations Officer, with specific focus on highlighting Operational Transformation activities and connecting non-networked employees to Rehlko's purpose, values, and Operations strategy.
Specific Responsibilities :
Develop an Operations and Supply Chain communications plan, including assessing current-state communications, develop a global, standardized communication plan, and deploy across multiple manufacturing locationsProvide executive communication support to the Chief Operations Officer, including presentation development, global town hall meeting planning and execution, drafting talking points and messaging, and other leadership communication activities that ariseThink creatively and strategically to engage and inform all Rehlko manufacturing and Operations employees, with particular attention to reaching non-networked team members who don't have access to computer, email, or phonesEnsure efficiency of communication by creating a standardized method and cadence of communication across all Rehlko manufacturing sites globally, incorporating company policies, signage, and facility assetsPartner with key stakeholders across Rehlko's businesses and functions, and external resources. Manage vendor relationships, as necessary. Ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budgetProvide internal communication support to Rehlko's corporate communications team, including creating and sending company-wide emails and writing and publishing stories through Staffbase, Rehlko's email and news platformAvailable for frequent domestic and international travel to Rehlko's manufacturing sites, as neededRequirements :
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in an area requiring communications skillsExcellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skillsProficient in copywriting and editingSolid understanding of project management principlesWorking knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an assetOutstanding organizational and planning abilitiesThe ability to work autonomously within a matrixed organization (different businesses, plant leaders, head of transformation, etc.)Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
The Salary range for this position is $88,000.00-$111,150.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
