We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team.
Specific responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Coordinate sourcing efforts with internal and external partners.
- Identify and vet potential third party recruitment firms for specialized recruitment efforts.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to source entry-level talent.
- Establish internship program based on business needs.
- Provide training and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques and best practices.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management policies and procedures as appropriate to work being undertaken.

The salary range for this position is $55,000 to 60,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
