The salary range for this position is $111,150 to 130,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will support the business units and corporate groups within Rehlko through process improvement, report standardization and automation.
Specific Responsibilities
- Prepare Monthly reconciliation for working capital and other balance sheet accounts.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial reporting and analysis.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data reporting.
- Lead or support projects aimed at improving financial planning and reporting processes.
- Collaborates with finances and business teams to provide analytical support for strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, with a preference towards a master’s degree and/or CPA certification.
- 7 years of experience in public accounting, preferably within the manufacturing industry or related. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; experience with SAP, OneStream, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience with analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting aggressive deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
