Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective candidates to generate interest in our career opportunity.
- Utilize various software to track interactions, manage leads, and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with potential candidtes to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both the candidates' availability and the recruiting team’s schedule.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide necessary information for successful follow-ups.
- Maintain a high level of candidate experience throughout the appointment generation process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Proficient in using Microsoft software for managing leads and tracking progress.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential candidtes effectively.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections from potential candidates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
