Responsibilities
- Manage and organize files, documents, and schedules to ensure efficient office operations.
- Assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary.
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in front desk operations is a plus.
