Rehoboth Beach Country Club is seeking a Lead Line Cook to take on a leadership role with a stable and passionate crew of cooks.
Candidates should be professionals with a well-developed sense of urgency, technical skills, experience with high-volume operations, and a passion to produce great food under pressure.

Essential skills & qualifications include :
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate degree in culinary arts preferred
- 2 years of Line Cook experience
- Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
- Ability to follow oral and written directions
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
