Executive Administrative Assistant - Administration Position Summary: Under the general direction of the C-Suite Executive(s), the Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support while exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality. The Executive Assistant is responsible for the secretarial coordination of the administrative office and performs secretarial duties of considerable difficulty. The Executive Assistant works effectively with the C-Suite Executives, the Board, providers, members of the health care team, and administrative personnel. This position also maintains a collaborative relationship throughout the facility with vendors and the public. The role involves scheduling, planning, managing travel, research, policy review and approval, leveraging technology, improving processes, maintaining record-keeping systems and databases. The Executive Administrative Assistant is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
Experience:
Four (4) years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or equivalent experience highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

None.
