Quality Assurance Coordinator (RN) - Quality Position Summary:The Quality Assurance Coordinator supports the operations of RMCHCS by assisting in the investigation, analysis and management of quality initiatives. This position is responsible for supporting and organizing ongoing performance improvement, patient satisfaction and compliance with Accrediting agency standards throughout RMCHCS. The Coordinator, in collaboration with the Vice President (VP) of Quality, is responsible for ensuring the functionality and continual improvement of the Quality Management System throughout the organization. This includes assisting in ensuring compliance with all DNV Healthcare and regulatory agencies, both Federal and State, and all required reporting stipulations. The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for completing all duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing required.
Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a healthcare environment utilizing skills in healthcare education, systems development, accreditation, quality outcomes required.
Required Licensure/Certification(s):
Current RN License in NM or compact state nursing license required.
Certified Professional in healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
