Shift Details : Friday, Saturday, Sunday (6 : 00am-7 : 30pm)
Pay Details : $26 / hr (Great benefits after 30 days)
Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the site's management team by coaching and leading Retail Service Ops team members, lead safety, and provide excellent customer service.
Accountabilities
- Implementation and enforcement of all Safety policies, procedures, and behaviors to include :
Daily stretching exercises, verification / sign-off of forklift safety check lists, Accident Investigations, coverage of monthly safety topics, verification of safe employee behaviors, usage of PPE, etc.
Oversee all production related areas and coordinate activities of the shift production team.
Ability to effectively communicate with and lead a diverse team, including customers, vendors, and business partners.
Qualifications :
Hands-on position.
Operate a Forklift in a safe and efficient manner (training and certification available).
