Reichman Frankle Inc. is seeking a full-time Community Construction Coordinator / Liaison on-site for a three-year, 40 hrs. per week project located in Northern New Jersey. The Community Construction Liaison will act as a bridge between the community and the construction company / contractors working on projects, ensuring the community is informed of construction progress, managing complaints, and implementing solutions to mitigate any community concerns
Qualifications / Skills
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred and have three to five years’ experience working as a community liaison in a construction environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with community members, construction crews, and project stakeholders. Good writing and verbal skills essential as well as experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Some graphic design ability a plus. OHSA certification may be required.
