Summary: Work with all members of the Branch to create a seamless, integrated team that drives sales, margin and new business opportunities. Develop the performance of the team through leadership, training and growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Create a customer service driven culture within the branch.
- Develop and retain and create promotional opportunities for employees.
- Review Billing Screen daily with project coordinators for jobs that are finished that can have PO's paid and/or be marked complete for billing.
- Proficient in all aspect of job management, including management reports and margin review in AS400 program.
- Review presentations for customer appointments and business development meetings.
- Make new business phone calls to prospective clients and follow up.
- Use the leads management system and be actively involved in following up on callbacks for team.
- Go on Blitz days with salespeople at least once per week.
- Conduct regular phone-a-thons and get everyone involved to develop new business.
- Conduct monthly branch meetings.
- Conduct monthly team meetings or weekly where needed to review sales performance and set specific goals.
- Have full knowledge of the showroom in order to work showroom floor and meet prospective customers.
- Conduct performance evaluations regularly and on time.
- Conduct training with team on sales, margins, AS400, new business development and customer service.
- Conduct monthly team meetings to review customer scorecard results, and to set goals specific to each sales team.
- Review, correct, adjust and approve timesheets.
- Calculate and enter commissions monthly for payroll.
- Review of monthly sales reports for new business, margins and opportunities to drive efficiency.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 5 to 15 employees in the Reico Kitchen and Bath Retail Branch. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
