Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Advance Practice Provider to join our Cardiology team consisting of 11 physicians and 7 APPs.
Position Details :
Full-time hospital employed position
Team : 11 physicians, 7 APPs
- Schedule : 4 day, 10 hour work week
- Office Hours : 7am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

Education / Experience
Education Requirements : Successful completion from a qualified NP / PA program
Experience Requirements : Prior experience as an APP in Cardiology or bedside
Licensure : Indiana Professional License
Certifications : Must maintain BLS / ACLS
Schedule Details
Office Hours : 7am - 5pm Monday through Friday
Call Schedule : 1 in 2 - weekends & holidays
