We are a provider led organization providing excellent care for eight counties in Indiana and Ohio. Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join our Internal Medicine. This individual will provide and manage direct patient care, perform physical examinations and tests, obtain medical history and documentation, instruct patients regarding medications and treatment, and prescribe or administer medications as appropriate.
Position Details :
Full-time hospital employed position
Team : 2 physicians, 3 APP's, 2 RN's, 12 MA's, 4 OA's, 1 Practice Manager
- Office Hours : 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday

Board Eligible or Board Certified Required : Internal Medicine
Experience Requirements : Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
Licensure : Indiana Medical License
