What You’ll Do:
Project & Development Lifecycle Management
- Manage full development lifecycles and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Own sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, and backlog grooming
- Liaise with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps
Technical Leadership & Best Practices
- Conduct code reviews and mentor developers on clean, efficient code
- Establish and enforce best practices in architecture, testing, and documentation
- Champion modern DevOps and CI/CD strategies
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and coach a team of developers, assigning tasks and setting expectations
- Conduct regular performance reviews
- Foster a collaborative, growth-focused culture

Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience with Node.js, React, SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Docker
- Prior leadership in a software development environment
- Strong architectural skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Salary : $95,000 - $115,000
