Job Summary
Reignite is currently seeking an Door To Door Sales Representative to report to the Retail Sales Channel Manager to assist our company in expanding our customer base. The Energy Sales Specialist should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have a strong sales aptitude.
Duties:
- Responsible for engaging with customers, educating them on clean energy opportunities, and driven acquisition rates.
- As the Sales Representative you will drive the delivery of excellence in customer experience, advocate for the Reignite brand, add value and meet the customers needs.
- The Sales representative will be the face of Reignite and is responsible for new customer acquisition of renewable services.
- Proactively engage and interact with shoppers and educate them on the benefits of using 100% clean power with Reignite.
- Embody the Reignite Energy brands by articulating the positive impact of converting and creating a seamless enrollment experience for customers – which typically takes about 5 minutes.
- Conclude the interaction by gaining the customers commitment to transfer service to Green Energy.
- Share success stories with the team and leverage their support to formulate solutions to challenges.
- Challenge yourself to exceed daily and weekly sales target expectations.
- Report key insights about consumer feedback to Retail Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high level of interpersonal skills to work with others.
- Strong communication skills, pleasant, fluid and persuasive.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, is extremely outgoing, and is passionate about the opportunity to make a positive impact on the environment.
- You are innately optimistic, enthusiastic, and are up for the challenge of empowering people towards a brighter energy future.
- Ability to persevere through and overcome rejection and problem solve.
- Able to successfully use technology to perform job functions such as tablet, email, business software, and group chats.
- 18 years or older.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from Retail locations.
- Prior sales experience within energy, or door-to-door sales are preferable.
