We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through service completion. This role requires strong automotive knowledge and excellent communication skills to effectively relay information between customers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive service needs.
• Accurately document customer concerns and relay information to the service team.
• Provide detailed explanations of services required, including any necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Manage cash handling and processing of payments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends which is guided by the company

Experience

• Experience with multi-tasking
• Proven experience in a Service Advisor role or similar position within automotive industry
• Understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
• Familiarity with service writing processes and effective communication techniques.
• Experience in collaboration sales to enhance customer service offerings is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
