We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (IT) to drive business process improvements, data analytics, and enterprise system enhancements with a strong focus on operations, supply chain, and production. The ideal candidate has experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or manufacturing and a strong background in business processes, ERP systems, SQL, and business intelligence tools, such as Power BI and Power Apps. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support system testing and implementation.

This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and support system testing and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with operations, supply chain, and production teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Support and enhance D365 system maintenance by identifying process gaps, troubleshooting issues, and leading improvements.
- Conduct testing (system, integration, automation, and user acceptance testing) to validate business and system requirements.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to automate workflows and enhance business efficiency.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
- Partner with functional business teams to support system integrations between ERP, analytics tools, and other business applications.
- Provide training and support to end users to ensure adoption of new tools, reports, and system enhancements.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a CPG or manufacturing environment.
- 3 years of SQL experience with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- D365 ERP or equivalent ERP experience supporting operations, supply chain, or production processes.
- 3 years of experience with business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, etc..
- Strong testing experience (system, integration, UAT) and ability to validate system functionality against business needs.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly operations, supply chain, and production teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience in a CPG or manufacturing company.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, or other testing and project management tools.
- Understanding of master data management and process automation.
