We are seeking experienced and dynamic Region Vice President to lead regional Parking Operations in various locations across South Florida. The Region Vice President will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of a sizeable portfolio of the business, with a strong focus on client retention, client satisfaction, business development, team development, leadership, human resources management, P&L analysis, operational planning, communication, and financial management. This position is ideal for a leader with a proven track record in the parking industry who can drive growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Retention : Develop and implement strategies to maintain and increase client retention rates. Ensure that clients receive excellent service and address any concerns promptly.
2. Client Satisfaction : Foster a culture of exceptional client service. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction through feedback mechanisms and performance evaluations.
3. Sales and Business Development : Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Create and execute business development plans to expand the client base and increase profitability.
4. Team Development : Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Provide leadership and mentorship to staff, setting clear goals and expectations.
5. Leadership : Lead by example, instilling a culture of professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. Drive the company's vision and values.
6. Human Resources Management : Oversee all HR functions, including staffing, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
7. P&L Analysis : Analyze financial data to make informed decisions regarding budgeting, pricing, and resource allocation. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
8. Operational Planning : Develop and implement operational plans to ensure efficient and effective parking management. Continuously improve operational processes.
9. Communication : Maintain open and effective communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
10. Financial Management : Manage financial resources efficiently, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure the company's financial health and sustainability.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in the parking management industry
- 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze financial data.
