Position : Traffic Director (Part Time)
Hourly Pay : $18.54
Shift : Varying
Responsible for providing friendly customer service and carefully directing traffic.
- Assisting customers who are unsure of how to pay for the parking
- Dealing with irate customers and solving their issue to the best of their ability within the policy and framework set out for the site (Service is priority)
- Assist customers with the overall in / out process of parking
- Weather patrols
- Assist with lot counts
- Adjust counters in parking lots and report equipment and safety issues to the site manager
- Issue parking notices to vehicles in violation of facility policies / record violation notices
- Coordinating with the property security as required with any garage and / or parking related issue
