- Operational Optimization: Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Work cross-functionally with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- 5 years of leadership experience in growing teams and driving revenue.
- Technical background in the trades preferred but not required.
- A passion for mentoring, coaching, and driving team success.
- Proven ability to achieve business goals and maintain high standards.
- Excellent communication skills—confident, clear, and decisive.
