Sales Consultant – Lima Ford Lincoln
We are looking for a salesperson who is motivated, a team player, willing to learn, and who can provide outstanding customer service to our customers. This individual will work with the existing team to learn our process and Ford Lincoln products & services. The training period is based on previous experience, (30 - 90 days). After training, higher compensation levels are available, assuming you can perform in our industry. Compensation is salary during training period then transitioning into team commission. We get paid as a team, so no fighting over leads. You will be paid on every unit sold and benefit from our existing experienced team and upward growth pattern. Our team system makes for a much better consumer experience and promotes teamwork.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
