We are a well-established company with 15 years of success and rapid growth, and we’re looking for an Operation Manager to lead multiple crews, overseeing 85-100 team members. What You’ll Do:

• Direct construction sites and processes providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage the effectiveness of the crews.
• Work directly with leadership to improve processes and support an aggressive growth plan.

Essential Functions: Responsible for getting the walls built.

• Schedule Production.
• Internal Construction Pre-Meetings.
• Customer Service/Job Site Meetings and Coordination.
• Oversee and direct logistics personnel.
• Coordinate Culvert Jobs.
• Construction Crew Support.
• Respond to emergencies.
• QC Checklist.
• Billing.
• Maintain job data as needs are identified.
• Identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities.
• Other responsibilities as deemed appropriate or necessary by management.

Measures of Success:

• Safety/Job Safety.
• Schedule Execution (on time and budget).
• Efficiency & Reduced Downtime (reduced waiting).
• Prompt Customer Service & Communication.
• Coaching crew and logistics.
• Billing on time and accurately.
• Maintain Smartsheet - accurate record keeping (billing, change orders).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2 – 5 years of experience in wall construction.
• Basic understanding of construction processes/land development.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good memory and attention to detail.
• Teamwork and the ability to cooperate and work proactively with others.
• Good time management, written and oral communication skills required with the ability to work, interact, and effectively communicate with all levels of leadership, teammates, employees, and customers.
• Self-motivated; working independently or within a team; working under deadlines and pressure; willing to put in extra effort and hours as needed.
• Competent with computer software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bilingual Spanish-English a plus!

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry awkward items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, and bending throughout the workday.
• Must be able to work in a construction environment, including working in and around machinery, exposure to noise and chemicals, dust, etc.
• Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protection Equipment as required by your position and/or Company policy.
