Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator/Programmer for our AMADA HRB1303. The ideal candidate will have experience operating press brake machinery and a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes. This role is critical in ensuring the production of high-quality components that meet precise specifications.
Responsibilities
- Operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components according to technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to program.
- Set up and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance and accuracy.
- Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions during the production process.
- Utilize hand tools and machining techniques as needed for assembly and finishing tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for quality inspection purposes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints effectively.
- Experience with hand tools and general machining practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
