What challenges can you expect?
Receiving Clerk accepts delivery of incoming shipments of products and verifies the correct delivery of the material with the purchase order. This position will organize, package, deliver material daily, and maintain records in SAP.
Operative tasks
- Reviews Material Receipt against the Purchase Order
- Verifies Return of Material Returns (RMA) count and specification
- Assist in inbound in Ocean Shipment materials and stock materials on racks
- Route products to departments to ensure timely delivery.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Unload packages from delivery trucks
- Maintain detailed receiving logs and records
- Any other task asked by the supervisor
What do we expect from you?
- Proven experience as a receiving clerk or in a similar position
- Basic math and recording abilities
- Excellent organizational skill
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability or some exposure to assembly with hardware and wiring tools (i.e. wire cutters/soldering, point-to-point, nuts/bolts, wire crimpers, ratchet wrench, hammer, etc.).
- During annual inventory attendance is mandatory
Education or studies
- High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- 5S is a plus
Experience and skills
- Experience in operating forklifts
- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data (SAP)
- Prior warehouse experience

- Strong attention to detail
Responsibility
- Inspect Forklifts to ensure safety compliance
- Utilize forklift in a safe manner to move materials
- Ensure the work area is clean and organized
