What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Immigration Paralegal position at Reinhorn Law, Inc.?
Located in downtown San Francisco in the historic Belden Place, Reinhorn Law is a boutique business immigration law firm working with a range of clients from startups to sizeable multinational corporations. To best serve our diverse range of industry-leading clients, we are actively recruiting for Immigration Paralegals and Legal Assistants. Ideal candidates are :
- Experienced with nonimmigrant and / or immigrant case preparation.
- An excellent team player.
- Capable of effectively prioritizing cases and support tasks.
- Able to maintain a high level of client service while managing a full caseload.
- Scrupulously attentive to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Minimum requirements include a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of business immigration experience.
Office hours are generally 9 : 00am to 6 : 00pm M-F with hybrid work from home flexibility. Candidates are eligible to participate in a robust company benefits program, including employer 401(k) match, monthly health / wellness benefits, and commute reimbursement.
