Join a high performing dynamic team. As a member of the Reinke Technical Services Group, you will become an important part of the support network for our dealerships worldwide. In our fast paced work environment, we interact with multiple departments at Reinke corporate headquarters as well as all of our dealerships.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual capable of working well in a team environment as well as on independent assignments. While based at Deshler, Nebraska, team members will incur travel to assist and train at dealership locations. Most travel will be domestic with the possibility of occasional international trips. A solid technical background and troubleshooting thought process is essential for a successful candidate. This position requires the willingness to continuously learn and evolve to stay current with technological changes.
Qualifications
- Associate (2 year degree) in one of the following fields; Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or Electronics; or equivalent documented work experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient with computers and mobile smart devices. Consumer software utilized includes Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must be capable of presenting prepared training material to large groups of technicians.
- Must be willing to travel as required. The successful candidate will be required to obtain a passport.
Bonus Skills:
- Any professional electrical license (Electrician or Installer).
- Bilingual capabilities (especially Spanish).
- Previous experience with mechanized irrigation.
- Any multimedia preparation experience.
