Description
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to represent our company in the Southwest Territory, which includes California, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, and Utah. This role requires significant travel within the territory to effectively implement the company's marketing plans and achieve the established annual sales goals.
The chosen individual will personally recruit and develop new dealership accounts for the company and assist established dealerships in providing ongoing customer and technical service.
The individual will participate in company and dealer promotional activities as required, including farm/trade shows, open houses, growers' meetings, etc. The individual will also represent Reinke in various approved trade associations and industry organizations.
Requires a thorough knowledge of customer needs for Irrigation products and of the products available. Equivalent to 4 years of college (Agribusiness; Business Administration or Technical degree preferred).
Requires 4 to 5 years of successful sales experience in irrigation or other agriculture-related field. Some experience in technical areas such as engineering and manufacturing is desirable.
