*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise in a warehouse setting.
*Duties*
- Operate a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries
- Move goods to and from storage areas, trucks, or storage facilities
- Perform routine pre and post inspections on forklift equipment
- Maintain material-handling equipment by recharging, cleaning, oiling, refueling, and other necessary actions
- Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
-Able to work a power washer
*Skills*
- Proficiency in operating a lift truck
- Strong materials handling skills
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification
- Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes in a distribution center environment
- Understanding of OSHA safety regulations
