The Senior Analyst, HR Shared Services will play a key role in the advancement of our global HR shared services team; with responsibility to ensure the delivery of exceptional foundational HR data and governance within our HR ecosystem, and to drive continuous service optimization through process improvement and technology innovation (helping us work smarter, not harder). Base pay varies depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and market location. What You Will Do
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, policies and standards to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across HR systems, aligning HR data management practices with corporate governance standards and external regulatory requirements (data privacy and protection, GDPR etc.).
- Works with COEs (in particular Data Analytics, Talent, Rewards) to understand data requirements and architecture, enabling Shared Services to maintain data integrity and utility in all transactional processing activities. Plays a key driving role in the HR data governance committee, ensuring clarity, focus and delivery according to plan.
- Establishes data quality best practices, tools, and technologies. Conduct regular data quality audits, data cleansing, and validation activities, identifying and resolving data discrepancies. Implements and maintains HR Data Quality Index (DQI), metrics, dashboards and reporting tools to monitor data quality and provide insights for decision making. Develops structure and guidelines for ensuring quality data, reporting and analytics.
- Contribute to the successful launch and operation of a new HR case management system (expected Q2 2025) and own ongoing optimization and configuration of the system to evolve with our needs.
- Design, develop and maintain meaningful analysis, metrics and insights via dashboard and reports, to inform on systems and process efficiency and efficacy (case management, HRIS) (e.g. time to first response, time to complete, accuracy / correction rate, volumes). Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) in order to deliver exceptional services and experiences to our users.
- Analyze HR processes and workflows, identifying areas for automation and improvement to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Collaborate with HR Shared Services team / leads and COEs to improve and re-design HR Shared Services standard operating procedures; that align with industry best practices and leverage system capabilities.
- Enhance Tier 0 (direct access) resources and content in support of driving effective direct access to information.
- Collaborate across HR Operations to understand, promote and deliver automation and continuous improvement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience
- 7 Years Human Resources, Data Analytic, Process Improvement, HRIS or other equivalent work experience req
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Demonstrated understanding of HR processes, data governance principles, automation and project management methodologies
- Intermediate Proficiency
- Exceptional attention to detail, organized and able to manage multiples priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
- Leverages (and advocates for) design thinking concepts and prioritizes the end-user experience.
- Ability to utilize systems to obtain and interpret data for analysis, metrics, and reports (Workday, PowerBI Google Data Studio, Excel)
- Ability to create visual representations of analytical data for presentation purposes (Powerpoint, PowerBI)
- Ability to connect tasks and initiatives across multiple areas and workstreams
- Ability to explain complex information to others in straightforward situations
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert and trusted consultant to internal stakeholders on certain projects; maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times
- Act as an advocate for HR technology, increasing technology usage by improving processes and providing training and development opportunities to others.
