Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new and enhanced capabilities with stakeholders and Data Analysts to achieve mission success and add core tools to an analytical suite.
- Support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) to process ETL on new and varied data sets, working with Big Data at scale using Spark/PySpark to handle petabytes of data.
- Act as an immediate liaison with the customer, generating requirements based on their input, and develop solutions that meet their specific needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or related field.
- 12 years development experience in modern languages (Python, Java, JavaScript).
- At least 5 years experience with Big Data Technologies, including Full-stack web frameworks (Django, Python, Flask) and Front-End frameworks (React, Angular, Typescript).
- Cloud computing environments and DevOps & automation tools.
