What’s the role about?
As part of our Retail Team, you’ll be joining our as our Central London Area Manager. You will be responsible for maximising the success and profitability of the stores within your region, delivering the highest results in all performance metrics.
Reporting to the Global Retail Director, you will confidently, passionately and expertly lead retail teams to achieve business objectives and store specific KPI’s. You will build strong working relationships with partners in host stores to drive brand awareness, deliver exceptional customer service, maximise selling opportunities and identify opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate will meet Reiss standards of dedication to ensuring uncompromised precision, quality, service and ethics.
Who you are
You will be experienced in remote/field-based management or multi-site experience within fashion retail
You will have a proven track record in growing sales and maximising business opportunities within your area
You will be an experienced people manager with able to demonstrate the ability to drive teams to deliver world-class service standards whilst meeting store operational requirements
You will be experienced in hiring, training, developing, and retaining top talent
You will be hands-on, with a “store-first” mindset. You will be able to identify development areas and action improvements, being resourceful and creative in your innovation
You will be commercial. Target-focused and results-driven with excellent numerical and analytical skills with the customer and business objectives always at the front of mind
You will possess strong leadership qualities and will be an effective communicator and influencer
What you’ll be doing
Deliver service excellence throughout the store portfolio, leading the service strategy and ensuring the Reiss Experience is being delivered consistently across each market
Delivery of retail targets and KPI’s within the assigned region
Ownership of P&L to ensure all sales and cost lines are managed appropriately to deliver positive profit in all markets
Identify product and ranging opportunities by market and work with the product merchandising teams to implement any changes required by market to cater for the local customer
Effectively control all expenditure including payroll to ensure efficient cost to sales ratios in each store/market
Manage and develop relationships with host partners to maximum business opportunities and brand exposure within each host store
Identify and drive key marketing activity and partner with the Marketing department to maximise Reiss exposure and grow brand awareness
Recruit, retain and develop top talent for retail teams
Identify new growth opportunities within new and existing markets or growth with partners
