What's the role about?
Join our dynamic team at one of our four NYC locations as a Sales Manager. In this pivotal role, you'll support the management team, ensuring team members are motivated to achieve targets and maintain a safe and efficient store environment.
Who you are
- Previous experience of supervising a team
- Strong background in a customer facing role ideally within a premium or luxury environment
- Ability to guide and coach others
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have excellent organizational and decision-making skills
- Excels under pressure
