Job Description

Job Contributions and Key Responsibilities :

Design, Develop and Implement the Regional Strategic & Execution Processes for US&I

  • Designs, develops, and implements the Strategic Planning Process for US&I Business Unit. Facilitates and follows up of long-term strategic focus areas, short term execution plans along with continuous process improvement to ensure maximum impact.
  • Works with leadership to identify priorities, think strategically, providing tactical support to implement ideas and assess progress to turn strategy into execution.
  • Leads the annual strategic plan meetings and process across the US&I Business Unit by facilitating meaningful and impactful strategies, KPI's, Goals and projects / programs / action items.
  • Administrates Strategic planning process and workstreams ensuring all steps and deliverables are met.
  • Facilitates cross district meetings that drive knowledge share and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborates with leadership teams, HR and finance to track, analyze and report KPIs, project goals, and change initiatives, as needed.
  • Proactively addresses pressing business issues that need immediate attention.
  • Provide independent, informed, unbiased insight including on the ground feedback.
  • Help lead and initiate change throughout the organization.
  • Facilitate Alignment process and meetings' structure, and coordinate Driscoll's and RAC deliverables to guarantee the desired outcome. Lead the participants of the meeting to reach the alignment
  • Lead and manage Ranch Manager guarantees and development strategies for new talent.

Strategic Communication, Knowledge Share and Best Practices

  • Drive a cohesive communication strategy for leadership teams to enable effective collaboration across the organization. Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the team's ability to effectively execute on top priorities.
  • Partner with the leadership teams to define, prepare and communicate strategic plans, including quarterly, annual, and 5-year strategy, staffing, and development plans.
  • Prepares presentations / pre-read, strategic updates and other deliverables for Global Strategic Planning, Board of Directors meetings, District and Regional Townhalls and other meetings as needed.
  • Facilitate a mission driven connection between global strategy, regional strategy, and district execution to drive company success.
  • Learning and Development Strategy

  • Partner with production management to grow and develop new production talent.
  • Manage the Ranch Manager pipeline and monitor progress to ensure alignment with the strategic plan.
  • Oversee Trainee Programs, monitoring progress, assess the success of these programs and ensure alignment to strategy.
  • Partners with Executive Administrative Staff

  • Guides EAs and PBSAs / HRBPs and other executive support staff to have meaningful activities that enhance communication between departments, connecting strategy with execution.
  • Ensures careful follow through of strategic plan meeting coordination, deliverables and action plan reporting / management.
  • Facilitates crafting of agendas for key management meetings, scheduled teambuilding activities, tours and events that bridge strategy and execution.

  • Education Level : Bachelor Degree

    Field / s of Education :

  • Business Administration
  • Agro Business
  • Public Administration
  • Management or related fields
  • Years of Experience : 5 - 7 years of experience.

    Licenses : If driving is a necessary part of a job employees are required to possess a valid driver's license.

    Languages :

    English / Spanish : 85% - 95%

    Necessary Software :

    Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced

    Travel Requirements :

    Ability to travel 25% percent of the time.

    Pay Scale : $118,600 to $133,500

    Salary : $118,600 - $133,500
