Under general supervision, the Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst should be able to design and conduct tests before product release to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs. Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards. Create test case repositories and document scenarios for testing according to REJIS standards. Identify and document areas for process improvement in relation to the testing process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Estimating, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities
- Develop and execute detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, manual and automated, to ensure product quality
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts using open-source tools
- Identify and record bugs found during testing
- Determine the appropriate test cases for regression suites for REJIS applications
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Assumes responsibility for timely task completion based on hour and target date estimates
- Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
- Provide verbal and/or written project status to project team members and management
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and six months to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum salary starts at $56,627.28/year with the possibility of additional compensation based on years of experience, demonstrated skills, certifications, and education.
