Principle Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of dermatology clinical experience as a MA.
- Must have at least one-year of experience in a lead MA or managerial role in dermatology.
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must be excited about learning all aspects of a dermatology, cosmetic & vein practices.
- Must present a professional image, enthusiasm, motivation, and exceptional customer service to be a team role model.
- Excitement to join a fast-growing practice.
- Availability to work 5 days a week on-site, 40 hours or more per week.
- Ability to multi-task and perform well in stressful situations.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Become proficient with all the clinical matters and tasks.
- Direct supervision and assistance of clinical staff.
- Communicate effectively with Office Manager and leadership on a continuous basis.
- Works effectively under direct supervision of the leadership.
- Take a lead role in staff learning and development.
- Compliance audits and training.
- Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.
- Resolve patient and team member issues effectively and fairly.Lead and participate in morning huddles and morning staff meetings.
- Physician liaison role.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by management team.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
