International Sales Specialist

Position Summary

The primary job responsibility will be to support the business development needs of the growing International Sales Team. The position requires strong organizational, computer, and language skills. The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working with people from different cultures and languages. The candidate will need to learn the Rejuvaskin international business model, Rejuvaskin’s growing portfolio of products and their features, and work to develop new and current international distribution relationships. The candidate will assist with product and sales training, marketing support, document preparation, email communication, order entry, and administrative functions including supporting the product registration process along with the Compliance department. The candidate must develop core professional skills and work towards specialization. Bilingual preferred.

Core Duties:

  • Research prospective distributor leads in international target markets
  • Send cold emails to determine interest and identify the decision-maker contact for international sales.
  • Collaborate with the US Commercial Service contacts to review potential distributors and identify new leads
  • Planning and execute a call schedule with department colleagues
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline for cold leads
  • Develop email sequences/newsletters for leads
  • Obtain completed “Distributor Request Form” and assist the distributor through the evaluation process
  • Conduct due diligence activities and contract negotiations
  • Complete Quarterly Sales Reviews of distribution partners performance
  • Assist the team to prepare, maintain, and update purchasing forecasts
  • Liaise with Compliance Department on regulatory projects to help track projects to completion
  • Check inventory availability with Supply Chain Department with each order
  • Enter purchase orders in Sage along with Supply Chain Department
  • Interact with Shipping department regarding order status
  • Log all customer communications in CRM (Hubspot), update and maintain contact information as needed
  • Track all key dates/tasks in ASANA and Google calendar (Contract dates, pricing list and registration dates, etc.)
  • Identify, develop, and execute communication opportunities (touch points) with distributors
  • Support distributor marketing needs by sharing available media and content
  • Participate in online video/zoom product and sales training meetings
  • Meet with current and potential distributors on video/zoom meetings to discuss opportunities.

General:

  • Dress appropriately and professionally for day to day business.
  • Maintain current knowledge on all Rejûvaskin® products.
  • Communicate and collaborate with manager, support staff and peers on goals.
  • Provide excellent service to all customers (internal and external) with a positive, respectful attitude.
  • Attend necessary company meetings and functions.
  • Attend and participate in training programs as requested.
  • Routinely check emails throughout the day.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Analytically minded
  • MS Office proficient
  • Bi-lingual preferred
  • BA/BAS in international business preferred
  • Self-motivated personality
  • Well written/Good verbal skills
  • Sales and Goal oriented
  • Must be driven and a self-motivated person with a very strong work ethic.
  • Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and time manage workload and demonstrate flexibility with managing multiple priorities.
  • Team player and supportive colleague with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with change and being a confident, communicative problem solver.
  • Have integrity, a clear understanding of the importance of confidentiality, be approachable, respectful, and trustworthy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Full time 35-40 hours per week
  • Occasional evening and weekend hours are required.
  • Work hours may change subject to the business needs of the company.
  • Frequent use of computer.
  • St. Petersburg and Tampa office locations daily

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
