Job Description Summary:
PART-TIME POSITION FOR 2 DAYS A WEEK, Week one Tuesday and Wednesday, Week two Friday and Saturday
A Rejuvenate receptionist projects a welcoming first impression to all our clients by greeting and attending to them in a courteous and professional manner.
Job Duties:
· Open the clinic, clean, sanitize waiting area and reception desk.
· Assess day-of schedule, call clients if necessary
· Prepare new client files, making sure online forms are completed and uploaded
· Pull existing client files for Ketamine treatments
· Enter Health History Questionnaire, Treatment Record, and Treatment Orders in EMR
· Cheerfully greet and check in clients, answer phones calls, take messages and/or forward calls
· Notify Infusionist when client is ready
· Answer or direct questions to the appropriate individual
· Schedule appointments by phone and in person
· Know the range of services offered, advise clients/recommend treatments
· Basic faxing, filling, mailing, and receiving packages
· Process client payments
· Maintain email messages, call leads, manage cash drawer
· Know and follow the company’s policies and procedures
· Clean, sanitize waiting area and reception desk at end of workday
· Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office, Adobe, with willingness to learn more
- Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Necessary skills and experience to organize the front office and keep it running smoothly day to day
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
· Work comfortably with all staff and clients
- Organized approach to assignments
- Congenial personality
- Problem solving skills
- Reliable transportation and/or commute
Basic Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of computer operating systems. Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills both on the phone and in person
Preferred Qualifications & Interests (PQIs)
- High school Diploma or GED
- Microsoft Office: 1yr
- Customer Service: 1yr
Compensation
· $17 per hour
