Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with guided exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
- Educate patients on proper movement techniques to prevent further injury.
- Work closely with chiropractors and medical staff to develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust exercise programs accordingly.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.
- Provide encouragement and motivation to patients throughout their recovery journey.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in rehabilitation, personal training, or physical therapy assistance is a plus.
- Strong understanding of human movement and biomechanics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
