Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and knowledgeable Human Resources Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive HR support across various functional areas. You will be responsible for executing HR programs, managing employee relations, administering HR policies and procedures, processing payroll, and contributing to the overall success of our organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for supporting employees.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Assist the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Administer offboarding process of employee transitions.
Assist in the Management of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
Support employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing employee events, recognition programs, and surveys.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and making recommendations for policy and procedure changes as necessary.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee training and development, diversity and inclusion programs, and HR process improvement.
Prepare HR reports and metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide excellent customer service in a timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and trends in human resources.
Collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role, with a solid understanding of HR principles and best practices.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations and experience ensuring compliance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Experience in recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing and candidate assessment.
Familiarity with payroll processes and systems.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think analytically and make sound decisions.
Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to meeting employee needs.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and evolving HR requirements.
