About the Role
We are seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to ensure our clients receive exceptional service, strategic IT guidance, and proactive account management. This role is a mix of client relationship management (50%) and inside sales (50%), focusing on client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth by proactively recommending and selling new IT, cybersecurity, and compliance services that align with client needs.
The CSM will conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to assess IT needs, introduce new service offerings, and help clients navigate the ever-changing technology landscape. You will work closely with our help desk, project teams, and sales to enhance the client experience, drive engagement, and ensure our services align with business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management (50%)
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring they receive proactive IT support and security guidance.
- Conduct regular client meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic touchpoints to assess needs, introduce new solutions, and maintain satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted technology advisor, ensuring clients understand IT best practices and compliance requirements.
- Work with internal teams to resolve client issues, improve service delivery, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Inside Sales & Revenue Growth (50%)
- Proactively sell new IT, security, and compliance services to clients by identifying needs and presenting solutions that improve business operations.
- Develop and execute strategic upsell and cross-sell plans, ensuring clients are leveraging the right services for their business.
- Educate clients on emerging cybersecurity threats, compliance mandates, and technology advancements, demonstrating the value of additional services.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine client engagement strategies and drive renewals, contract expansions, and service upgrades.
- Track client engagement and sales pipeline within CRM tools, ensuring consistent follow-ups and documentation.
Qualifications
✔ Strong understanding of managed IT services, cybersecurity, and compliance.
✔ Excellent communication and sales skills—must be able to explain technical concepts in a way that drives interest and sales.
✔ Ability to identify client pain points and recommend solutions that align with their business goals.
✔ Proven track record in upselling and cross-selling IT services to existing clients.
✔ Experience with CRM tools, help desk ticketing systems, and Microsoft 365.
✔ Passion for client success, technology, and revenue growth.
