What are the responsibilities and job description for the Structural Installer/Road Crew position at Rekord Tent?
Mission Ready Services provides installation for the largest manufacturer of commercial casework in the US. We are looking for motivated individuals who would like to join our installation team and grow within the company. - Position Summary: Structure Installer
Individuals will be responsible for installing the structure's flooring panels, frame, and PVCs (interlinear/outliner), helping run Electrical and HVAC cables and double doors, and pressure washing the walls and flooring.
- They will also ensure that all necessary inventory is in place prior to event execution and assist with setting up and tearing down.
- Truck loading and unloading.
- Tent Set-up & Teardown (large event tent installation experience is a plus!).
- You will need to complete your 3-month probation.
Hours / Shifts: Variable
This position requires 30-65 hours of work, which will vary depending on the project. Nights and weekends may be required from time to time. Out-of-town and out-of-state work is a requirement.
Education and/or Experience Required:
Basic OSHA knowledge
Ability to lift and/or carry heavy items
Basic math skills and the ability to read blueprints/shop drawings
Attention to detail
Clean, tidy, neat appearance and personal hygiene
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Must pass a background check and drug screen
