Job Summary :

We’re seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, cloud engineering, and software development, with a bonus for expertise in PingIdentity products, including DaVinci.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain IAM solutions using OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and PingIdentity tools.
  • Create DaVinci workflows for multi-factor authentication.
  • Update PingFederate policies and improve system architectures.
  • Lead technical projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Conduct code reviews, optimize processes, and champion automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
  • Document solutions for team reference and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience managing IT or business projects.
  • Expertise in Python 3.10 , IAM platforms (e.g., PingIdentity, Okta, SailPoint), and Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube) and testing tools (Postman, JMeter).
  • At least two AWS Associate certifications (or Professional Solutions Architect certification).

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Leadership experience in IAM or cloud engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Healthcare experience and familiarity with BPM, MDM, or container technologies are a plus.

    • Key Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and IAM concepts.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in systems engineering and cost / benefit analysis.
