Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM, cloud engineering, and software development, with a bonus for expertise in PingIdentity products, including DaVinci.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IAM solutions using OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and PingIdentity tools.
- Create DaVinci workflows for multi-factor authentication.
- Update PingFederate policies and improve system architectures.
- Lead technical projects from planning to delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Conduct code reviews, optimize processes, and champion automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Document solutions for team reference and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience managing IT or business projects.
- Expertise in Python 3.10 , IAM platforms (e.g., PingIdentity, Okta, SailPoint), and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, SonarQube) and testing tools (Postman, JMeter).
- At least two AWS Associate certifications (or Professional Solutions Architect certification).
Preferred Skills:
- Leadership experience in IAM or cloud engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Healthcare experience and familiarity with BPM, MDM, or container technologies are a plus.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of SSO, OAuth2, SAML, OIDC, and IAM concepts.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in systems engineering and cost/benefit analysis.
