Quality Department Supervisor
📍 Location: Onsite | 🕒 Full-Time

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead our Quality Department and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is not a desk job—you’ll be on the floor, developing procedures, solving problems, training team members, and ensuring high-quality production in line with ISO 9001 standards.
💼 What You’ll Do:
- Supervise the daily activities of the Quality Department
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and documentation
- Lead internal audits, corrective actions, and root cause analysis
- Train and mentor staff in quality standards and best practices
- Inspect incoming/outgoing materials and oversee nonconforming product handling
- Collaborate with Engineering on process and product improvements
- Coordinate calibration of measuring equipment and tools
- Collect and analyze data to monitor trends and drive improvements
✅ What You Bring:
- 3 years in a quality leadership or supervisory role (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, and production processes
- Experience developing and implementing SOPs and quality procedures
- Comfortable working on the production floor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with statistical software a plus
- Skilled with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, thread gauges, etc.)
- Strong communicator with solid organizational and training skills
- Six Sigma or CQE certification is a plus
