Job Title: Operations Manager

Salary budget: 250k - 300k

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure business efficiency.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, and retail teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and logistics.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports.
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 4 years of proven experience in Operations management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be Tech Savvy
- Passion for the fashion industry and a keen eye for detail.
