The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing or leading a team. Previous experience in Logistics or Dispatch management is highly desired, and knowledge and experience in inventory management are strongly preferred. As a leader, you will be responsible for building a leadership team that supports excellence, communicating progress, goals, company direction, expectations, and other information on a regular basis to all associates. You will also be responsible for developing a productive team by hiring, training, and providing professional development opportunities.
